We are currently recruiting for a temporary Accounts Payable Administrator to work in our head office, located in Westport, Co Mayo.

The job will be for 2-3 month period,  and on a full-time basis comprised of a 39-hour week made up of the following hours:  8:30 am – 5:30pm Mon – Thursday and 8:30am – 4:30pm on Fridays.


Duties to include, but not limited to:

Support the Accounts Payable function by processing all supplier invoices, answering all supplier queries, reconciling supplier accounts, and supplier statement balancing to be completed on a monthly basis.
Credit card reconciliation
General administration including answering phones, forwarding messages, email distribution, etc.
Travel arrangements.
Ad hoc duties as they arise


Skills/ Requirements:

Previous Accounts Payable experience.
Previous Office Administration experience.
Experience/Working Knowledge of Sage.
Excellent knowledge of Excel.
