CrowdComms Support Specialists work with event planners in corporate companies and event agencies to deliver CrowdComms Virtual Event Apps. Each Support Specialist supports specific clients to help them customise the CrowdComms hybrid platform for their specific event. The Support Specialist typically collates content and populates the app and then trains and support the clients to make amends. You’ll work closely with the design team to customise the look and feel of the app and work alongside the Streaming Production Manager and Streaming Technicians who are responsible for the live event streaming. Each Support Specialist is responsible for a high- quality and timely delivery of the CrowdComms app platform for each project they are allocated. They are critical in developing relationships with clients.
Responding to and supporting clients in line with the service level agreement.
Managing the build of the platform to achieve a successful event.
Escalating issues or potential issues in a timely manner to the team’s project manager.
Training clients to facilitate simple amends.
