Team Leader- Car Finance
- Full Time
Lead, direct and coach team members to achieve defined revenue targets and KPI’s within our Car Finance team and to contribute to the Company’s overall business goals and objectives.
This role would suit a candidate with 3-4 years customer service experience, who is familiar with all aspects of car finance, from origination to drawdown.
You will manage the conversion of lead opportunities from our sales channels including online, partnerships, dealer based and direct through the delivery of market leading customer service to all customers, dealer partners and finance companies.
1. Sales Management Strategy
As a member of the Sales Management Team, contribute to the development and implementation of sales management strategies and plans to support the achievement of the Company’s business and financial objectives
2. Lead Maximisation
Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to maximise the volume & quality of leads and to facilitate effective sales management planning and processing.
3. Workflow Management
Direct, schedule and monitor the team’s end-to-end sales workflow activities from enquiries through to drawdowns to ensure efficient processing of all enquiries and the achievement of agreed monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPIs.
4. Case Management
Personally manage a portfolio of leads to ensure achievement of the team’s agreed monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPIs.
5. People Management
Lead, motivate and coach team members in order to optimise their personal development and contribution to team and company success.
6. Compliance and Regulation
Demonstrate the highest standards of professional conduct in all dealings with internal and external contacts; rigorously adhere to all external regulatory frameworks (within prescribed cost & risk parameters) and the company’s internal policies & procedures to preserve the company’s image and reputation in the industry.
7. Customer Service
Build and maintain effective working relationships with dealers, financial institutions, agents & colleagues to facilitate the provision of excellent customer service and effective processing of all enquiries.
Successful Candidate Requirements:
· Experience of working in a fast-paced asset finance environment would be an advantage
· Attention to detail
· Being organised, using effective time management and strong team leadership skills
